Who is responsible

Vordeon Capital (company in formation) operates this research application to validate trading strategies. It is not investment advice, it gives no signals and it manages no money.

What data we process

• Account: your email, your password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash, never in plain text) and, if you turn it on, your two-step verification secret.
• Session: a technical cookie (HttpOnly) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Usage: how many validations you run, to apply plan limits. From your IP address we keep only a hash with a secret salt, and only for those limits.
• Files you upload (trades or bars): they are processed and deleted when done. We keep only their SHA-256 hash, so you can check that a report belongs to your file.
• Results: each report stores the metrics, the verdict and the protocol version. If you choose to publish it, it appears in the public registry.
• Pre-registrations: the text you write (title, hypothesis, market, rules and criterion) is public.

Why we use it

To provide the service (validate, seal and show your reports), protect your account and prevent abuse. We do not sell data, show ads or use third-party analytics.

Who we share it with

The providers that host the application: Render (engine and database, United States) and Vercel (website). They use it only to run the service. We share data with no one else unless legally required.

How long we keep it

Your account, until you delete it. Reports and pre-registrations contain no personal data and form a verifiable chain of hashes: they are kept, and when you delete your account they are no longer linked to you.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from Account → “Delete your account”. You can also ask to access or correct your data.

Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored with scrypt, the session uses an HttpOnly cookie and you can turn on two-step verification.

Children

The application is not directed at people under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date on this page.
